Need to add life to your soil science lessons? In this 60-minute workshop, participants will be guided through soil lessons that support garden education. California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom will present selected lessons and hands-on activities from their plant nutrients curriculum, "Too Much? Too Little?" and Nutrients For Life will present activities to make your soil unit a success by examining plant essential nutrients and soil properties. Free garden resources will be provided for easy use back at participants' school gardens. Come learn about all the free garden and agricultural education resources that California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom and Nutrients for Life have to offer.
